French Guiana - Travel Photos by Galen R Frysinger Two photo excursions - one to Cayenne with pictures of its streets, old buildings and churches, another one... to islands Salute and Devil with very unusual views. The point is that this island group of French Guiana comprised the entire penal settlement for almost 100 years. That's the reason why the nice enough islets with palm groves look differently when you know that these landscapes were the last ones for many people. |
